Locker - Camping

Your locker is located in the campsite area – either at Sønder Hoved (large white tent) or Kløverparken (pavilion).

Please note that although the camping areas open on Tuesday 23/6 at 18:00, lockers are only available from Wednesday 24/6 at 12:00 until Sunday 28/6 at 10:00, in line with staffing and operational hours.

For one-day bookings, your rental period runs from 12:00 (noon) to 10:00 the following morning.

For full festival bookings, the locker is available from Wednesday 24/6 at 12:00 until Sunday 28/6 at 10:00.

What can I store in my locker?
You can store valuables, a bag, extra clothing, and other personal items that fit inside the locker.

Can I access my locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You can access your locker as often as you like during the rental period and opening hours, at no extra cost.

If I book a Full Festival Locker, will I get the same locker throughout the festival?
Yes. A Full Festival Locker gives you one dedicated locker for the entire festival period, so you can come and go freely without changing locker.

Is my locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal access code, and the locker area is monitored daily to ensure your belongings are safe.

What happens if I forget my access code?
Your locker number and access code will be sent to you by email and SMS shortly before your rental period starts. If you experience any issues on-site, our support team will be there to assist you.

Can I charge my phone inside the locker?
No, the lockers do not have power outlets.
If you need a mobile charging solution during the festival, you can use our Volt Charging Service.

Do I need to empty the locker when I’m done?
Yes. Please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked at the end of your rental period. This ensures your booking is properly completed and that the locker is ready for the next guest — and not mistaken for a trashcan.

Are the lockers protected from the weather?
Yes. While it rarely rains in hell, all lockers are located under cover, ensuring your belongings stay dry throughout the festival.

Lockers are provided and operated by Volt, with on-site support available during festival opening hours.

No liability for items left inside
Volt is not responsible for items left inside the locker. Please remember to take your belongings with you when leaving the locker.

Locker number and access code

Lost or forgotten access code
If you forget your access code, on-site support from Volt can assist you during the festival.

Monitoring
Lockers are monitored daily.

Locker condition at the end of rental
At the end of your rental period, please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked. Failure to do so may result in additional handling or restricted access to future bookings.

Use at your own risk
Use of the locker is at your own risk. Neither Volt nor Copenhell is responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse of the locker.

Early departure / unused rental
No refunds are available for lockers not used during the rental period.

Responsibility for improper use
Volt reserves the right to deny access or terminate rental if the locker is misused.
