What can I store in my locker?

You can store valuables, a bag, extra clothes, and other personal items that fit inside the locker.

Can I access my locker multiple times during the day?

Yes. You can use your locker as often as you like during the rental period and within opening hours — at no extra cost.

Is my locker secure?

Yes. Each locker has a personal access code, and the area is checked daily to ensure your belongings are safe.

What happens if I forget my access code?

Your locker number and access code are sent to you by email and SMS before the rental period starts. If you have problems on site, our support team is ready to help.

Can I charge my phone in the locker?

No, the lockers do not have power outlets.

Do I need to empty the locker when I’m done?

Yes. After the rental period ends, you must leave the locker empty, closed, and locked. This ensures your booking is properly closed and the locker is ready for the next guest.

Are the lockers protected from the weather?

Yes. All lockers are under cover, so your belongings stay dry throughout the event.

Lockers are provided and operated by Volt, with on‑site support during the event's opening hours. For questions outside opening hours, you can contact support@getvolt.dk.

Volt is not responsible for items left in the locker. Please remember to take your belongings with you when you leave the locker.

Locker number and access code

Your locker number and personal access code will be sent to you by email and SMS shortly before your rental period begins.

Lost or forgotten access code

If you forget your access code, on‑site support can assist you during the event.

Monitoring

The lockers are checked daily.

Locker condition at the end of the rental period

When your rental period ends, the locker must be left empty, closed, and locked. Failure to empty the locker may result in additional handling or restricted access to future bookings.

Use at your own risk

Use of the locker is at your own risk. Volt is not liable for damage or personal injury caused by improper use of the locker.

Early departure / unused rental period

No refunds are given for lockers that are not used during the rental period.

Liability for misuse

Volt reserves the right to deny access or terminate the rental period if the locker is misused.
